We will meet to discuss the path you’re navigating, identify your goals with therapy and determine if our clinic is the right fit for you.

YOUR FIRST SESSION

We will make a plan to develop skills in managing your mental health, regulating your nervous system, developing coping skills, and more.

MAINTENANCE

With a lasting plan in place, we will work together to address the root causes of your problems, work toward your goals and maintain optimal mental health.

Individual Therapy

It’s hard to deny, everyone needs help from time to time. Therapy can help. During an individual therapy session, you will work closely with your therapist to establish goals and a treatment plan that is geared toward your success. Throughout your individual therapy, we will utilize certain strategies to help with your healing and progression, such as talk therapy or EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

Whether navigating low self esteem, a stressful work environment, childhood trauma or relationships with loved ones in your life, you will be kept informed and heavily involved as we progress with your mental health care.

Therapy for Teens 

We provide therapy services for teenagers who are experiencing emotional or behavioural concerns. We can help to provide guidance and support, especially for teens who are navigating a difficult time or transition. Group Therapy

Group therapy can prove to be a beneficial and successful approach for many individuals who are experiencing difficulty in navigating their own wellness and mental health. Group therapy may address a number of mental health and wellness concerns, such as low self esteem, body image concerns, disordered eating, relationship difficulties or stress.
