Being a teen can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and explore what’s on your mind—without judgment. It’s a place to feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
We offer a mix of approaches, including talk therapy and creative methods like art therapy, to help teens express themselves, process emotions, and build coping strategies. Our sessions are tailored to each teen’s needs, whether they’re facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or navigating identity and self-esteem.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and can include conversation, creative exercises, or both. Teens are encouraged to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable, and everything happens at a pace that feels right for them. Confidentiality and emotional safety are always a priority.
