She/her

With over 27 years of experience as a helping professional and mother, I draw on both academic knowledge and lived experience to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s many transitions. My passion lies in fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and relational clarity—especially during times of change, uncertainty, or reinvention.

Whether you're seeking relationship repair, struggling with life’s big questions, or feeling the need for a lifestyle reset, I offer a safe, compassionate space for reflection, insight, and direction.

Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that shape your inner world and relationships—and move toward intentional, values-driven change. I believe deeply that when we live by design rather than default, we reconnect with a sense of purpose and reclaim the freedom to become who we’ve always known we were meant to be.

This belief fuels both my clinical work and my writing. As a published author, I explore themes of personal transformation, resilience, and self-discovery—empowering clients to live beyond social roles and scripted expectations, and into lives that are grounded, authentic, and free.

Treatment Specialities

I support individuals working on compulsive behaviours and emotional coping, while also helping clients build confidence, self-esteem, and a healthier body image. I provide guidance through couples therapy and relationship repair, and assist with navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and career pivots. I support those experiencing midlife reassessment and identity renewal, and work with parents dealing with parenting burnout and emotional overload. I also specialize in postpartum and reproductive mental health, help clients cultivate self-compassion and nervous system regulation, and provide support for trauma-informed recovery and attachment healing.

Therapy Approaches

Integrated Attachment-Based Therapy focuses on how early relationships shape emotional patterns in adulthood. It helps clients build secure connections, understand attachment styles, and create healthier relational dynamics.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy is a research-based approach that helps couples improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy using practical tools and structured interventions.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT-C) centers on identifying and expressing underlying emotions in relationships. It helps couples create stronger emotional bonds and move out of negative interaction cycles.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) works with the idea that the mind is made up of different “parts.” It helps clients understand and heal wounded parts while strengthening a compassionate, grounded core self.

Narrative Therapy helps individuals reframe the stories they tell about their lives. It separates people from their problems and empowers them to create more meaningful, preferred narratives.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It is practical, structured, and widely used for anxiety, depression, and stress.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) combines cognitive strategies with mindfulness and emotional regulation skills. It is especially helpful for managing intense emotions, distress tolerance, and improving relationships.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) emphasizes strengths and future goals rather than past problems. It helps clients identify what’s working and build practical steps toward desired change.
