Pronouns: She/Her

Hi there! I have been passionate about the arts since childhood as a way to process and explore my emotions. I have worked as a practicing artist for over twenty years and have recognized how therapeutic and healing it can be. My own personal experience with post-partum led me on a new path of meaning and purpose in supporting others in the therapeutic space. Art provides a unique access to sensory processing and supports nervous system regulation. You don’t need words to express how you are feeling and art therapy can provide an avenue to explore trauma and subconscious thought in a way that is non-confrontational and regulating. Therapy can be overwhelming, and I offer a space for curiosity, exploration and reflection. Art therapy supports a bottom-up approach and incorporates somatic characteristics including the mind-body connection. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. Together we can explore healing through a variety of media including drawing, paint, clay, collage and fibre.

Treatment Specialities

I support clients through a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, self-compassion, depression, emotion regulation, stress management, self-esteem, body image challenges, and major life transitions. My work focuses on helping individuals recognize patterns, deepen their self-understanding, and develop supportive tools that foster emotional balance and resilience. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, tailoring the work to each client’s unique needs and goals, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change that enhances overall well-being.

Therapy Approaches

I draw from a variety of evidence-informed approaches to support each client’s unique healing process. This includes:

Person-Centered Therapy: Creating a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, valued, and supported throughout their healing.

Strengths-Based & Self-Compassion Approaches: Helping clients recognize their inner resources while cultivating a gentler, more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Parts Work: Exploring the different parts within oneself to deepen self-understanding, support emotional integration, and foster inner harmony.

Attachment Theory: Examining relationship patterns and early experiences to strengthen emotional safety, connection, and self-awareness.

Mindfulness Practices: Encouraging present-moment awareness to support emotional regulation, grounding, and mind–body connection.
