M.A, Registered Psychotherapist

Pronouns: She/Her

Hi there! My passion for psychology and mental health was born from personal experiences with adversity during childhood. After receiving counseling myself, I came to appreciate the profound impact that therapy can have on one’s life. This inspired me to support others who have faced similar challenges. With a background in counseling psychology, I have had the privilege of working hands-on with a diverse range of individuals, particularly youth, navigating a variety of life struggles. My approach is rooted in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their concerns, work through difficulties, and discover meaningful solutions that promote their well-being.

Treatment Specialities

I support clients through a range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and challenges with coping, emotion regulation, stress management, and self-esteem. My work is focused on helping individuals identify patterns, develop practical tools, and build resilience so they can feel more balanced, confident, and empowered in their daily lives. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring strategies to each client’s unique experiences and goals, and helping them make sustainable changes that enhance their overall well-being.

Therapy Approaches

I draw from a variety of evidence-informed approaches to best meet the needs of each client. This includes:

  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helping clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Supporting clients to accept difficult emotions while committing to meaningful actions aligned with their values.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed: Exploring the different parts of oneself to foster self-understanding and integration.

  • Attachment Theory: Understanding relational patterns and how early experiences shape present relationships and coping.

  • Person-Centered Therapy: Providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel heard and supported.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy: Focusing on strengths and actionable strategies to create tangible change in daily life.
