With a strong foundation in Counselling Psychology and Social/Personality Psychology, I offer a grounded, evidence-based, and highly adaptive approach to therapy for adult individuals and couples navigating significant challenges. My practice is dedicated to fostering internal clarity, relational connection, and purposeful recovery—especially for those managing the effects of trauma and addiction. Whether you're struggling with patterns stemming from trauma, seeking to heal dynamics within your relationship, or feeling ready to address compulsive behaviors, I provide a safe, collaborative space for profound insight and intentional change. Together, we'll move beyond symptom management to explore the core beliefs and internal systems that shape your experience. I believe that by understanding and integrating all the "parts" of yourself—the fearful, the adaptive, and the resilient—you can reclaim agency and move toward a life that is truly values-driven and whole.
This commitment to integrative, trauma-informed healing fuels my clinical work. I blend cutting-edge, evidence-based modalities with a focus on deep personal exploration, empowering you to create lasting healing and build authentic, free, and grounded relationships.
Treatment Specialities
I support clients navigating trauma helping them process difficult experiences while fostering resilience and meaning. I work with individuals facing addiction concerns and compulsive behaviours (IITAP CSAT candidacy), offering structured and compassionate support toward recovery. I provide couples therapy and relationship repair, guiding partners in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional connection. I also help clients manage anxiety, depression, and anger through practical and evidence-based approaches. My work includes developing internal self-awareness and nervous system regulation, empowering clients to better understand and respond to their emotional experiences. Additionally, I support individuals through identity reassessment and life transitions, helping them navigate change with clarity and confidence.
